COMPUTEX 2026 to Feature Dedicated AI and Robotics Pavilion Focused on Physical Agentic AI

4 reports · First detected 2026-05-26 · Last active 2026-06-08

Organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), COMPUTEX is a key event connecting Taiwan with the global information and communications technology supply chain. As Agentic AI moves beyond content generation toward autonomous decision-making, the industry is turning its attention to physical AI that combines sensing, computing and robotics. TAITRA estimates that related demand will account for about 70% of Taiwan’s export momentum in the second half of the year.

COMPUTEX 2026 will open on June 2 and, for the first time, feature a standalone AI and robotics pavilion showcasing the use of Agentic AI in physical robots. TAITRA Chairman James C. F. Huang said AI models and agent services are driving exponential growth in token consumption. The event will also feature speeches by chief executives from technology companies including Qualcomm and Intel, focusing on AI computing and real-world deployment trends.
