Fintech Firm SEI Appoints Global Professional Services Chief
Rapid advances in cloud computing and AI are forcing financial institutions to transform their operating models and integrate new technologies. Nasdaq-listed fintech company SEI serviced $1.9 trillion in assets as of the first quarter of 2026. To help clients turn strategy into execution and expand its professional services, SEI created a global professional services leadership role, reflecting its effort to evolve from a standalone technology provider into a comprehensive consulting partner.
SEI announced on June 18, 2026, that it had appointed Matt Provencher, who has more than 20 years of experience, as its first Global Head of Enterprise Professional Services. He reports to Sanjay Sharma, President of SEI International. Provencher previously served as President of Financial Services and Insurance at NTT DATA North America. He will lead technology integration spanning the SEI Data Cloud, systems integration and AI architecture to help clients drive operational transformation.
