Chailease Chairman Chen Makes HBR Taiwan Top 100 for Third Time

Harvard Business Review’s Taiwan Top 100 business leaders ranking highlights executives with sustained records of corporate performance and shareholder value creation. Chailease Holding Chairman Chen Feng-lung’s inclusion for a third consecutive edition underscores the financial-services group’s expansion under his leadership, alongside its push into digital operations, artificial intelligence and sustainable energy businesses.

In the latest ranking, Chen was credited with delivering a cumulative total shareholder return of 176% during his tenure, while Chailease Holding’s market capitalization increased by more than NT$100 billion. The company has continued deploying AI and other digital tools to improve financial-service and operating efficiency, while expanding its renewable-energy portfolio as a longer-term source of growth.
