Pegatron Expects AI Server Revenue to Grow Tenfold in 2026
Pegatron is expanding aggressively into the AI server supply chain as major cloud service providers (CSPs) increase data center investment and generative AI drives demand for computing power. The company is developing both GPU- and ASIC-based server platforms in a bid to raise the share of enterprise products and establish a major growth engine beyond consumer electronics manufacturing.
Pegatron expects revenue from its AI server business to grow tenfold from last year in 2026. It is expanding capacity simultaneously in Taiwan, Mexico and the United States to stay close to customers. Chairman Tung Tzu-hsien recently said AI development remains less than 30% complete and that Taiwan stocks, trading at price-to-earnings ratios of about 20 to 30 times, are not overheated.
