Clear Street Expands Electronic Execution to Europe, Asia-Pacific
Clear Street provides cloud-native infrastructure spanning execution, clearing, custody, financing and settlement. Expanding its algorithmic trading business beyond the United States and Canada marks an important step in its effort to build a global platform for professional investors. The service is designed to let clients access multiple markets through one connection while viewing trades and positions on the same real-time ledger used by Clear Street’s U.S. business.
Clear Street said on Aug. 25, 2026, that electronic execution was live in 27 markets: 22 across EMEA and five in Asia-Pacific — Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand and Singapore. South Korea and Taiwan are due to follow within months. The offering supports nine headline strategies and more than 100 configurable parameters. A 24-hour smart order router also provides overnight access to U.S. equities from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. ET. Clear Street did not disclose pricing or financial targets.
