Paysafe Launches Cryptocurrency Payments for U.S. iGaming Operators

1 reports · First detected 2026-04-08 · Last active 2026-04-08

U.S. online gambling, or iGaming, operators have long relied on credit cards, bank transfers and digital wallets, while compliance requirements and conversion processes have constrained players’ use of crypto assets for deposits. Payments platform Paysafe has partnered with MoonPay to let operators add stablecoin and cryptocurrency options, extending the use of digital assets beyond investment to everyday payments.

Paysafe announced the U.S. launch of “Pay with Crypto,” which allows iGaming operators to accept player deposits in stablecoins or other cryptocurrencies, with MoonPay providing the underlying transaction technology. The companies did not disclose transaction volumes, fee rates or an exact launch date. As of July 20, 2026, the service was confirmed to be targeting the U.S. online gambling market.
