Naïve Raises $28.5 Million to Automate Business Operations

1 reports · First detected 2026-08-07 · Last active 2026-08-07

Naïve is building an operating layer for AI-run businesses, packaging company formation, payments, email, phone numbers, cloud computing, databases and software integrations behind a single API. Developers can hand a Naïve prompt to Cursor, Claude Code or Codex and have agents provision much of the stack needed to launch and operate a company. The approach extends “vibe coding” into business administration, though customers must still complete KYC/KYB checks and authorize required payments.

On Aug. 6, 2026, Naïve raised $28.5 million in a Series A led by Nexus Venture Partners, with Y Combinator, Zetta, Liquid 2 and several angel investors participating, bringing total funding to about $32 million. The startup signed up more than 30,000 developers within months and increased annualized revenue tenfold over six months to the low tens of millions of dollars. Naïve plans to use the capital for virtualized agent sandboxes, model routing and inference optimization, a memory layer, and governance and orchestration systems.
