Aztec V5 Brings Private Execution to Ethereum L2

Aztec is an Ethereum layer-2 network designed to combine privacy with the verifiability of zero-knowledge proofs. Its V5 architecture matters because it introduces a full private execution environment to a decentralized L2, giving developers a foundation for applications that can shield sensitive transaction and computation data while retaining the ability to verify results on Ethereum.

Aztec has released V5 Alpha, with client-side proving as a central feature of the upgrade.
