Centricity Raises $33 Million to Expand Wealth Platform
Founded in Gurugram in 2022, Centricity provides technology and software that help wealth advisers distribute investment products and manage client portfolios. Its B2B2C model connects financial professionals with retail and wealthy investors, addressing a fragmented Indian wealth-management market where demand for digital infrastructure is rising alongside household assets and investor participation. The company also serves private-wealth clients through advisory and portfolio-management offerings.
Centricity disclosed on Aug. 15, 2026, that it had raised 2.8 billion rupees, or about $33 million, in a Series A round led by SMBC Asia Rising Fund. The transaction valued the company at $216 million. Centricity plans to use the proceeds to strengthen its core technology infrastructure, expand its B2B2C wealth-distribution network and accelerate its private-wealth and non-resident Indian advisory businesses.
