Chang Hwa Bank, Uni-President Asset Management Launch Employee Savings Trust for Da San Yi
Employee benefit savings trusts allow companies and their staff to make regular contributions into professionally managed investment accounts, supporting long-term wealth accumulation while helping employers retain workers. Chang Hwa Commercial Bank and Uni-President Asset Management are bringing that structure to Da San Yi Construction, combining trust administration with fund products in a tailored corporate benefits program.
The arrangement uses a dual-contribution mechanism and a selected portfolio of funds to create a long-term savings platform for Da San Yi employees. The partners said the program is intended to strengthen the construction company’s benefits package while advancing financial inclusion. They did not disclose the employer and employee contribution rates, assets committed, fund lineup or launch date.
