Plus Pay Targets Taiwan’s Migrant Worker Market, Aims to Turn Profitable Within Three Years

4 reports · First detected 2026-05-06 · Last active 2026-06-01

Plus Pay, operated by All Win Fintech and jointly backed by FamilyMart, E.SUN Bank and Pi Mobile Technology, is shifting its growth focus to migrant workers in Taiwan after four years of operations. To address their difficulties opening bank accounts and their need for cross-border remittances, the company plans to integrate cash top-ups, electronic payments and foreign-exchange services. It is targeting Taiwan’s NT$100 billion migrant remittance market and a new customer base for inclusive financial services.

At its fourth-anniversary press conference in July 2026, Plus Pay announced a target of signing up 100,000 migrant worker members within two years and increasing total membership to 2.6 million. The company will simplify account opening for migrant workers and gradually introduce cash top-ups and cross-border remittance services to expand transaction volume and revenue. It aims to reverse its losses and break even within three years.
