PUSD Stablecoin Deploys on ADI Chain, Targets $3 Trillion Islamic Finance Market
PUSD is a Sharia-compliant stablecoin backed by reserves in Gulf currencies. Its integration with ADI Chain’s Layer 2 network aims to bring on-chain payments and settlement to the global Islamic finance market, which is worth more than $3 trillion, while giving Middle Eastern institutions more options for settling digital-asset transactions.
As of July 19, 2026, PUSD had been deployed on ADI Chain Layer 2. Reports did not disclose the exact launch date, the issuer’s name, the composition of its currency reserves or the amount issued. The only confirmed key figure is a target market exceeding $3 trillion. Institutional adoption and reserve transparency will be the next areas to watch.
