1 reports · First detected 2026-07-23 · Last active 2026-07-23

India-based Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services provides corporate spend-management products spanning employee benefits, expense tools, rewards and payment automation. Unobanc, founded in 2019 and owned by Hop Financial Solutions, supplies digital infrastructure for cross-border payments and remittances, including the moneyHOP platform. The investment gives Zaggle a faster route to expand its foreign-exchange and international-payments offering for business and retail customers beyond India.

Zaggle’s board approved the transaction on July 21, 2026, authorising a cash investment of as much as 79.6 million rupees, or about $825,000, in one or more tranches for a stake of up to 19.9% in Unobanc. The deal is subject to definitive agreements and is expected to close within 90 days. Zaggle said the minority investment will strengthen its cross-border payments, forex and remittance capabilities.
