E.SUN Investment Trust Debuts First ETF, Targets NT$300 Billion in Assets Within Three Years
E.SUN Investment Trust has launched its first ETF, the E.SUN USD Select Non-Investment-Grade Bond ETF (00988B), formally entering the ETF market. Although non-investment-grade bonds offer the potential for higher yields, they also carry credit and default risks, making bond selection and risk-monitoring capabilities key measures of the product.
As of July 19, 2026, the index tracked by 00988B had maintained a zero-default record for four consecutive years. Chairman Chen Mao-chin said E.SUN Investment Trust would make ETFs a development priority over the next three years. By expanding its product lineup and asset-management business, the company aims to increase its total assets under management to NT$300 billion.
