OpenAI Reports Eighth Outage in Five Days as 22 AI Services Degrade

The disruption marked the company’s eighth reported service incident in the five days since July 21. OpenAI said it was continuing to investigate, while the status information available did not specify a root cause or provide a timetable for full restoration.
