NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang Visits Foxconn at COMPUTEX 2026, Showcases AI Server and Edge AI Advances
NVIDIA and Foxconn have long collaborated on AI servers and data-center infrastructure, with Foxconn serving as a key partner in NVIDIA's global supply chain. During COMPUTEX 2026, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang visited Foxconn's booth and joined Chairman Young Liu to showcase progress on their Vera Rubin AI server collaboration and Poketomo, a companion robot equipped with Edge AI. A car was also offered as an interactive prize at the event, but reports did not disclose the model or its value.

As generative AI evolves into agents capable of carrying out tasks autonomously, CPUs are playing a larger role in coordinating inference, memory and system resources. Arm CEO Rene Haas therefore views Taiwan’s supply chain as a key pillar of global AI infrastructure.
During COMPUTEX 2026, Haas invited NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang onstage and showed a photo of the pair taken at COMPUTEX around 2012. Haas said CPU demand driven by agentic AI was growing faster than expected. He also identified power and memory as the two main bottlenecks for AI development, warning that tight memory supply and demand would persist. The executives also highlighted their plans for AI servers, cloud AI and robotics.
