Crypto Trading Firm GSR Expands Token Advisory Business With $57 Million in Acquisitions

GSR is a crypto market maker and institutional trading firm whose existing businesses span liquidity provision, trading and asset management. Token projects often hire separate advisers for design, fundraising and listing, making processes and incentives difficult to coordinate. Acquiring Autonomous and Architech extends GSR’s services across the full token lifecycle as it builds a crypto-native, one-stop capital markets platform.

GSR announced on March 17, 2026, that it would acquire Autonomous and Architech for a combined $57 million. Autonomous will retain its brand and oversee project launches, finance and treasury operations. Architech will become the core of GSR Digital Asset Advisory, providing token design, financing, liquidity strategy and market access while integrating GSR’s existing market-making and capital markets capabilities.
