XTransfer Surpasses 1 Million Enterprise Clients, Advances Hong Kong IPO
Founded in 2017, XTransfer provides B2B cross-border payment services to small and medium-sized enterprises, using local accounts and risk-control systems to streamline international trade transactions. Surpassing 1 million enterprise clients marks a significant scale milestone for the platform and underscores rising demand for financial infrastructure serving smaller exporters, importers and cross-border merchants.
XTransfer announced at a summit in Shenzhen that its enterprise client base had exceeded 1 million as of 2026. The company also filed an application this year for an initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, seeking to raise about $186 million. It plans to broaden its local-account coverage and accelerate the use of artificial intelligence in risk management and business processes.
