BBVA Adds AI to ePricer Structured Products Platform
BBVA’s Corporate & Investment Banking unit operates ePricer as a digital platform for structured products, spanning idea generation, pricing and lifecycle management. Adding artificial intelligence is significant because it aims to connect those stages more closely, helping clients and bankers move from an investment concept to execution while streamlining workflows in a market where product design and valuation can be complex.
BBVA said it is bringing AI into the ePricer experience, with the upgraded platform designed to strengthen links among creative idea generation, pricing and lifecycle management. The Spanish bank did not disclose an investment amount, a precise launch date or quantified efficiency targets in the announcement. The move nevertheless positions AI as an integrated feature of its structured-products workflow rather than a standalone tool.
