Walmart.com Now Accepts CareCredit for Health and Wellness Products
CareCredit, the health and wellness credit card from financial services company Synchrony, has more than 12 million cardholder accounts across the United States and is accepted by over 290,000 participating providers and retailers. Already available at physical Walmart and Sam’s Club locations, CareCredit has now expanded to e-commerce, making it more convenient to pay for healthcare and wellness expenses.
Synchrony announced on April 7, 2026, that Walmart.com had begun accepting CareCredit for eligible products, with home delivery and in-store pickup both supported. Newly covered items include medical supplies such as wheelchairs and crutches; treadmills, stationary bikes and weight-training equipment; and mattresses, pillows and bedding. The companies did not disclose the value of the partnership, spending limits or any special financing terms.
