FIS Takes Digital One Commercial Platform Global With APAC Launch

2 reports · First detected 2026-08-06 · Last active 2026-08-07

FIS acquired Dragonfly Financial Technologies in November 2024, adding cash-management technology built for large and complex businesses. The company subsequently folded Dragonfly Universal Online Banker into Digital One Commercial, a core-agnostic platform designed to help banks modernize corporate digital services without replacing their underlying systems. Its modular architecture spans online and mobile banking, payments, liquidity management, trade finance and integrations with fintech and enterprise resource planning software.

FIS said in 2025 it was extending Digital One Commercial to Asia-Pacific, completing the platform’s rollout across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and APAC. The company disclosed no contract value or investment amount. The APAC offering uses a 100% open API architecture, supports six languages and multiple time zones, and connects with regional and cross-border payment systems including PayNow, GIRO, FAST and SWIFT/ISO rails. It can be deployed through public, private or hybrid cloud environments.
