XSquare Raises AngelSpark Funding to Expand B2B Finance Platform

1 reports · First detected 2026-08-20 · Last active 2026-08-20

UAE-based XSquare, founded in 2023 by Tanvir Shah and Ashwin Shenoy, is building a unified B2B financial operations platform. It brings regulated banking services, account-to-account real-time payments, card and cross-border payment rails, invoicing, payouts and ERP reconciliation into one interface. The model addresses a persistent corporate-finance problem: businesses often rely on disconnected banking, payment and accounting systems, leaving finance teams to reconcile transactions manually and slowing their ability to scale.

XSquare said on Feb. 12, 2026, that it had raised a new round from AngelSpark, without disclosing the amount. The company plans to use the capital for product development, infrastructure expansion and stronger automation across financial operations. The investment will support deeper integration of real-time account payments, card and cross-border rails with invoicing, payouts and ERP reconciliation, as XSquare seeks to reduce administrative friction for global businesses and help customers handle higher transaction volumes more efficiently.
