SK hynix Begins Mass Production of 192GB SOCAMM2 for NVIDIA Vera Rubin

SOCAMM2 is a high-density memory module designed for AI servers, and SK hynix’s new product will support NVIDIA’s next-generation Vera Rubin architecture. Compared with RDIMMs commonly used in servers, it offers higher bandwidth and lower power consumption to meet the data-throughput demands of large-model inference.
