Adyen Plans Talon. One Acquisition to Unite Payments and Promotions
Dutch fintech company Adyen has long connected online and in-store payments through a single platform. Its acquisition of Berlin-based loyalty and promotions platform Talon. One is the first in Adyen's history. Founded in 2015, Talon. One serves more than 300 merchants worldwide. The deal will allow Adyen to link payment data, customer identities and product offers in real time, strengthening its Unified Commerce strategy.
Adyen signed an agreement on April 23, 2026, to acquire all shares in Talon. One for €750 million in available cash. Talon. One expects annual recurring revenue of about €60 million by the end of 2026 and has recorded growth rates of 30%–40% in recent years. The transaction was completed on July 1 after regulatory approval, and Adyen immediately began integrating the promotions engine. Its existing financial targets remain unchanged.
