Paysera Opens Payment Accounts to AI Assistants With Personal Tokens

2 reports · First detected 2026-09-11 · Last active 2026-09-11

Lithuania-based Paysera, founded in Vilnius in 2004 and licensed by the Bank of Lithuania as an electronic money institution in 2012, provides payments, transfers and other financial services. Its move matters because access to bank payment interfaces in the European Union is generally restricted under PSD2 to licensed providers with specialized certificates, limiting the ability of consumers and small businesses to connect their own software directly to financial accounts.

Paysera said in August 2026 that clients can create a personal access token free of charge and without signing a separate agreement. Available through its browser-based account settings, the token can authorize AI assistants such as Claude or Codex, accounting software or in-house systems to read statements and prepare payment drafts. Users control eligible accounts, permissions, limits and expiry periods. Transfers are not automatically signed: each payment must still be approved by the client in the Paysera Super App using two-factor authentication.

IXOPAY Launches IXONav AI Assistant for Multi-PSP Paymentsfirst seen 2026-06-13 · 1 reports · similarity 0.69 · same topic: AI Assistants

Merchants working across multiple payment service providers often contend with fragmented dashboards and inconsistent data on transactions, fees, disputes, payouts and settlements. That fragmentation can slow routing decisions, obscure revenue leakage and raise operating costs. IXOPAY positions its no-code platform as a single layer for payment orchestration, tokenization and intelligence, connecting merchants to more than 200 PSPs and 300 payment methods. The launch matters as payment optimization increasingly becomes a competitive lever for enterprise merchants.

IXOPAY on June 2, 2026, launched Payments Intelligence and IXONav, an AI payments assistant designed to turn multi-PSP data into real-time insights and recommendations. The offering combines analytics, anomaly detection, data harmonization, monitoring and risk management with LLM agents, aiming to improve routing, lift authorization rates and cut per-transaction costs. IXOPAY said it would demonstrate the platform at Money20/20 Europe in Amsterdam from June 2-4. The company did not disclose pricing or an investment amount.
