A major security flaw discovered on its official website potentially allowed unauthorized access to customers' personal data. Beyond raising consumer privacy and fraud risks, the breach has cast doubt on the brand's order-management capabilities and the credibility of its sales claims.

The latest disclosure showed that data belonging to customers who bought the T1 phone had been exposed through the website flaw. Prominent YouTuber Coffeezilla also confirmed in a test that he was affected and urged consumers to boycott the product. The leaked data indicated that actual orders totaled only about 30,000, far below the officially claimed 590,000 preorders. Reports did not specify the disclosure date, the phone's price or the amount of any losses.
