Pinnacle hired 74 experienced bankers in the second quarter while continuing to integrate Synovus. The company aims to recruit as many as 250 revenue-producing professionals and team members by Dec. 31, 2026, signaling that expansion remains a priority during the integration process. Management is betting that the incoming bankers’ client networks and business pipelines will help convert the combined bank’s broader platform into stronger market share and earnings.
