AI Agent Startup Lyzr Raises Series A+ at $250 Million Valuation
Founded in 2023, Lyzr helps enterprises build, manage and govern AI agents on their own infrastructure, keeping sensitive data and intellectual property within the organization. The company also deploys embedded engineers to help customers go live within weeks, addressing the financial, insurance and healthcare sectors’ requirements for accuracy, auditability and data sovereignty. Lyzr raised $8 million in a Series A round in October 2025 at a valuation of $50 million.
Lyzr announced its Series A+ round on March 3, 2026. Reports on March 9 said the company had raised $14.5 million in a round led by Accenture, with participation from Rocketship VC, lifting its valuation fivefold from October 2025 to $250 million. The funds will support expansion in the Middle East, the UK and Australia. Revenue grew by more than 300% in each of the past two quarters, and Lyzr could turn profitable as early as April.

Lyzr announced on July 9, 2026, that its AI Agent, SivaClaw, had successfully led a $100 million Series B fundraising round. The Agent answered questions from more than 130 investors, drafted investment memoranda and analyzed engagement data. It ultimately attracted about $400 million in indications of interest, doubling the company’s valuation to $500 million. The proceeds will be used to expand the platform and deepen enterprise integrations.
