Google AI Studio Integrates Antigravity and Firebase to Bolster Full-Stack AI Development
Google AI Studio originally used Gemini models to help developers quickly generate application prototypes from prompts. Its integration with the Antigravity coding agent and Google-owned Firebase fills the backend development gap, extending the workflow from interface generation to deployable full-stack web applications and lowering barriers to development.
As of July 20, 2026, Google had expanded AI Studio’s full-stack development capabilities. Developers can use Antigravity to continually modify and refine code while adding Firebase services for data storage, user authentication and real-time multi-user interaction. Google did not disclose the investment involved or specific usage figures.
