Crypto Asset Manager CoinShares Lists on Nasdaq Through $120 Million SPAC Merger
Jersey-based CoinShares, which has focused on crypto assets since 2013, is Europe’s largest digital asset manager, with about a 34% share of the region’s crypto ETP market. Previously listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, its move into U.S. capital markets reflects the continuing wave of crypto company listings. It also provides access to deeper institutional capital, supports U.S. product expansion and helps the company navigate local regulation.
CoinShares completed its merger with SPAC Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp. on March 31, 2026. CoinShares PLC began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker CSHR on April 1. The transaction valued its equity at $1.2 billion before the merger and included an additional $50 million institutional equity commitment. CoinShares manages more than $6 billion in assets and offers 39 products across four platforms.
