AWS Upgrades Amazon Quick With Autonomous Agents, Cross-Enterprise Data Queries
Amazon Web Services’ Amazon Quick is a workplace AI assistant that connects enterprise applications, documents and databases, answering questions and taking action based on user context. The upgrade brings information scattered across CRM systems, data warehouses and spreadsheets into a single conversational interface, reducing the cost of cross-system searches and manual data integration.
AWS introduced autonomous agents and multi-dataset analysis on June 17, 2026. The agents can be configured for step-by-step approvals or goal-driven execution, allowing them to continuously handle tasks such as following up on stalled deals. Quick can query Salesforce, Databricks and spreadsheets together in real time, and users can build and publish web applications through conversation.
