FalconX, Interstice Link Canton to Major Public Blockchains
Canton Network is designed for institutional finance, combining transaction privacy, auditability and controls for tokenized assets, but its liquidity has largely remained separate from public blockchains. Interstice Digital launched its Cross-Chain Swap Engine on July 14, 2026, initially linking Canton and Ethereum. The system screens senders and recipients for know-your-business, know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering requirements before settlement, addressing a key obstacle for regulated firms seeking onchain liquidity without weakening compliance controls.
FalconX and Interstice have now partnered to broaden the non-custodial engine beyond Ethereum, connecting Canton with Solana and Robinhood Chain as well. The arrangement is intended to let institutions trade between Canton’s tokenized-asset markets and liquidity on major public networks without handing assets to a third-party custodian. FalconX contributes institutional trading and liquidity expertise, while Interstice supplies the cross-chain infrastructure and compliance layer. The companies did not disclose financial terms, transaction volumes or a separate production-launch date.
