Ambrook Raises $30 Million Series B
Founded in 2020, Ambrook provides financial management software to independently owned and family-run U.S. businesses in agriculture, ranching, trucking, construction and property management. The platform combines bookkeeping, payments, invoicing, cash management and business insights, targeting sectors long reliant on fragmented or ill-suited financial tools. Its expansion matters because better financial visibility can help thin-margin operators manage costs, demonstrate viability to lenders and retain control of businesses often intended for the next generation.
Ambrook said on Aug. 6, 2026, it raised $30 million in a Series B led by Lachy Groom, the former head of Stripe Issuing. Guillermo Rauch, Akshay Kothari and Tomer London participated alongside Thomson Reuters Ventures, Thrive Capital, Field Ventures and Cameron Ventures. The financing lifts total capital raised to $59 million, following a $26.1 million Series A in July 2025. Since then, its customer base has risen from 2,500 to more than 8,000 businesses across all 50 U.S. states.
