Zilch, Rezolve Ai Expand UK Retail Payments and Rewards

Zilch is a UK intelligent payments platform that offers consumers flexible, fee-free ways to pay while using first-party spending data to help retailers reach shoppers. Its AI-powered Intelligent Commerce product provides real-time visibility into behavior across thousands of merchants and measures attribution across online and physical stores. The tie-up matters because it combines payments, personalized offers and retail media, giving brands another route to high-intent customers as financial platforms compete to turn transaction data into measurable sales.

Zilch and AI commerce company Rezolve Ai announced the partnership on July 21, 2026, bringing Rezolve Ai’s Reward platform into the Zilch ecosystem. The companies said the integration would add retailers to Intelligent Commerce and expand access to subsidized credit for Zilch users shopping online or in stores across Britain. No transaction value was disclosed. Zilch said brands using Intelligent Commerce have recorded a 20% to 50% increase in return on advertising spend, alongside significant sales growth since the platform’s launch.
