Loop Raises $95 Million in Series C to Improve Supply Chain Data Management With AI
Loop was founded by former Uber Freight employees Matt McKinney and Shaosu Liu. It initially focused on freight audit and payment, addressing the fragmentation of logistics data across documents and systems such as enterprise resource planning and transportation management platforms. Its DUX models and AI agents extract, standardize and connect financial and operational data, helping companies control costs and improve supply chain visibility and working-capital efficiency.
Loop announced a $95 million Series C funding round on April 17, 2026, led by Valor Equity Partners and the Valor Atreides AI Fund, with participation from 8VC, Founders Fund, Index Ventures and others. The company will use the funding to recruit AI talent, strengthen its product and engineering capabilities, and expand the platform into supplier management, trade compliance, warehousing, procurement and inbound logistics.
