Higgsfield Raises $400 Million at $5.4 Billion Valuation
Founded in 2023 by former Snap generative-AI chief Alex Mashrabov and partners, Higgsfield has evolved from an AI video tool into a production platform for creators, brands, agencies and studios. Its software generates and edits videos and images, helping businesses automate high-volume marketing content. The company’s shift toward enterprise workflows is significant as AI video startups race to turn costly model capabilities into recurring commercial demand.
On Aug. 17, 2026, Higgsfield announced a $400 million Series B led by DST Global at a $5.4 billion valuation, with Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and Intel Capital among the participants. The valuation was more than four times January’s $1.3 billion. Higgsfield said annualized revenue reached $700 million in August, up from roughly $20 million a year earlier, while its global user base had grown to more than 30 million.
