1 reports · First detected 2026-07-23 · Last active 2026-07-23

ANNA Money provides an AI-powered business account designed to help small companies manage invoicing, payments, bookkeeping and taxes. Business Data Group accounts for about 30% of Britain’s independent company-formation market through services including its eFiling platform, while UK Business Forums supports a community of more than 160,000 small-business owners and entrepreneurs. The assets give ANNA a route to reach customers at incorporation and retain them through day-to-day financial administration.

ANNA Money announced the acquisitions of BDG and UKBF on July 22, 2026, without disclosing financial terms. It plans to connect businesses formed through BDG’s network with ANNA’s bookkeeping, tax and compliance tools, while investing in technology for independent formation agents. BDG and UKBF will retain their brands, teams and existing relationships. BDG founder Richard Osborne will remain chairman, and Rebecca Hill, who has worked at the company for 18 years, will become chief executive.
