Uniswap Foundation Reports $85.8 Million in Assets for 2025

The Uniswap Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports the development of the decentralized exchange protocol Uniswap through grants, governance and technical ecosystem initiatives. Its annual financial statements indicate the foundation’s funding runway and its ability to continue supporting core projects including Uniswap v4 and Unichain.

The Uniswap Foundation reported holding $85.8 million in assets as of Dec. 31, 2025, primarily comprising cash, UNI tokens and ETH. It committed $26 million in grants during 2025 while continuing to advance major milestones, including the launch of Uniswap v4 and development of the Unichain ecosystem.
