Flow Foundation Seeks Seoul Court Injunction to Halt FLOW Delistings by Three Korean Exchanges
FLOW is the native token of the Flow blockchain, whose ecosystem is supported by the Flow Foundation and NBA Top Shot developer Dapper Labs. Decisions by three Korean exchanges — Upbit, Bithumb and Coinone — to delist FLOW could affect liquidity for local investors and confidence in the token's market, prompting the foundation to seek judicial relief.
The Flow Foundation and Dapper Labs have applied to the Seoul Central District Court for a temporary injunction suspending the exchanges' plans to end FLOW trading on March 16. The foundation said the security incident last December had been fully resolved without any loss of user funds, and that major global exchanges had restored services after completing their reviews.
