Galaxy Launches DeFi Vaults Targeting Institutional Stablecoin Yield
As decentralized finance continues to evolve, institutional demand for onchain yield is growing. Yet institutions often leave stablecoins idle in custody accounts while moving funds or awaiting settlement. Overcoming complex technical barriers and risk concerns while safeguarding capital is a crucial step toward giving institutions compliant, stable access to onchain stablecoin yield.
Crypto financial services firm Galaxy Digital launched Galaxy Curator, an institutional vault platform built on decentralized lending protocol Morpho, on July 16, 2026. Available through Fireblocks Earn, the platform helps more than 2,400 institutional clients deploy idle stablecoins into onchain yield strategies. Its initial offering comprises two vault products, one focused on capital preservation and the other on higher returns.
