The material was later identified as part of an online personal-finance course. Hsu Ming-en, founder of Taiwanese blockchain publication Blocktrend, traced clues from the course to CaryPact, a cryptocurrency venture, shifting attention from national-security concerns to the project’s business model and investor safeguards.

CaryPact says it turns artificial-intelligence computing capacity into investable products operating on BOT Chain. Scrutiny has centered on its token structure and a project-issued asset labeled USDT that was not officially minted by Tether, raising questions about backing, redemption and potential confusion with the widely traded stablecoin. Available reporting did not specify a fundraising amount, token supply or launch date, and no public documentation cited so far has fully clarified how the assets are secured or redeemed.
