Bitrix24's latest report divides enterprise AI maturity into three categories: “octopus” organizations flexibly integrate technology and teams, “ostrich” organizations tend to avoid change, and “cat” organizations remain independent and adopt selectively. The research identified employees' psychological resistance as the biggest obstacle.
