United Fintech Names Three Partners, Forms Senior Leadership Team

1 reports · First detected 2026-08-11 · Last active 2026-08-11

Founded by Christian Frahm in 2020, United Fintech is building a neutral industry platform for wholesale finance, spanning capital markets, commercial banking, and wealth and asset management. Its technology is used by more than 250 financial institutions, including 10 of the world’s 12 most systemically important banks. The governance shift matters because United Fintech is positioning itself as a single, long-term counterparty for institutions seeking to modernize shared infrastructure without relying on a platform controlled by any one bank.

United Fintech said on Aug. 11, 2026, that it had formed a Senior Leadership and Partner Group and named Rasmus Bagger, Guy Hopkins and Darren Coote as new partners, overseeing commercial strategy, product strategy and strategic relationships, respectively. They join existing partners Marc Levin and Tom Robinson, with Frahm leading the group. The company said the structure formally launches a long-term partnership model as it enters its next phase, supported by roughly 200 employees across 11 countries and five leading wholesale-bank investors represented on its board.
