CZ Bullish on Bitcoin, Citing Trump Policies and Geopolitics as Key Drivers
Since Bitcoin completed its fourth halving in April 2024, markets have remained focused on a potential correction tied to its four-year cycle. Binance founder Changpeng Zhao, known as CZ, believes the Trump administration’s support for stocks since taking office in January 2025, together with safe-haven demand fueled by geopolitical tensions, will be two major drivers for Bitcoin’s outlook.
CZ recently said Bitcoin still faced pressure from a cyclical correction but had established key support near $60,000 per coin, suggesting the worst phase may have passed. He added that potential market-support measures from the Trump administration and steadily rising geopolitical risks would together underpin flows into alternative assets such as Bitcoin.
