Socure Hits $5.2 Billion Valuation, Buys Fravity
Socure provides digital identity verification and risk intelligence to banks, government agencies and technology companies. Its expansion comes as generative AI makes identity fraud more scalable and pushes customers to automate labor-intensive investigations after suspicious activity is flagged. The $5.2 billion valuation also marks an increase from the $4.5 billion Socure secured in its 2021 Series E round.
On Aug. 27, 2026, Socure announced a $156 million Series E extension led by Summit Partners, with participation from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Wells Fargo and Docusign. The financing, comprising primary capital and an employee tender offer, valued the company at $5.2 billion. Socure also agreed to acquire Fravity for an undisclosed sum and integrate its agentic AI capabilities into RiskOS. Socure reported $364 million in annual recurring revenue for the second quarter, up 63% from a year earlier.
