To meet the stringent data privacy and cybersecurity requirements of industries including finance and healthcare, it is working with Phison Electronics to integrate software and hardware and advance sovereign AI that keeps data within the enterprise. Its AI Agents platform also helps companies deploy generative AI applications.
TPIsoftware and Phison Electronics recently formed the Sovereign AI Industry Alliance, bringing together 12 companies to provide integrated solutions. The initiative will expand from the financial sector into healthcare and overseas markets. Chairman Yao Sheng-fu said TPIsoftware aims to become profitable in the second half of 2026 and then begin pursuing a stock exchange or over-the-counter listing. The companies have not disclosed the value of their partnership, the planned fundraising amount or a listing date.
