Nasdaq Completes Acquisition of AI Platform Dasseti
Nasdaq eVestment provides data and analytics to asset managers, asset owners and investment consultants across public and private markets. Due diligence and requests for proposals still rely heavily on spreadsheets, PDFs and email, particularly in private markets where disclosures are less standardized. Adding Dasseti’s AI tools is intended to connect manager research, screening, selection and ongoing monitoring within a single institutional investment workflow.
Nasdaq said on Sept. 2, 2026, it completed its acquisition of Dasseti after announcing the transaction on July 23. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dasseti’s platform covers 17,000 asset managers and general partners representing $34 trillion in assets under management. Nasdaq eVestment connects about 4,800 contributing asset managers with more than 1,200 asset owners and intermediaries, covering over $90 trillion in assets across more than 112,000 products in 109 countries.
