Stampli Uses ChatGPT Work, Codex to Speed Deep Finance Launch

1 reports · First detected 2026-08-21 · Last active 2026-08-21

Stampli, a North American financial-technology company, operates an intelligent procure-to-pay platform spanning procurement, accounts payable, vendor management, payments and employee spending. Its Deep Finance product converts transaction data into spending intelligence for chief financial officers and other executives. The launch mattered because product development, positioning, design, communications, enablement and operations had to advance simultaneously while internal designers and outside contractors were committed elsewhere, testing whether generative AI could expand a small marketing team’s capacity.

OpenAI said on Aug. 20, 2026, that Stampli used Codex and ChatGPT Work to take Deep Finance from a prototype demonstration to a public go-to-market launch and first shipped product in about six weeks. Stampli estimated the defined production workflow fell to roughly 77 active role-hours from 243, saving about 166 hours and making production 3.16 times faster. ChatGPT Work now helps the team produce hundreds of content pieces weekly, up from only a few; no project spending figure was disclosed.
