Mezo Launches Institutional-Grade Bitcoin Yield Vault
As companies and trading platforms accumulate Bitcoin, generating returns on idle BTC while preserving asset segregation and control has become a new challenge for institutional treasury management. Treasury platform Mezo has responded by launching Mezo Prime, with assets held by regulated custodian Anchorage Digital to reduce the risk of entrusting funds to a single yield platform.
Mezo has unveiled a segregated Bitcoin yield vault under Mezo Prime, with institutions including Bullish already participating, signaling growing demand for institutional-grade BTC yield products. At the time of the relevant reports, Mezo had not disclosed an exact launch date, the amounts committed by participating institutions, yields or lockup periods. Its performance will ultimately depend on its sources of yield and risk controls.
