Nanya Technology Reportedly Joins NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin Supply Chain, a First for a Taiwanese AI Server Main-Memory Supplier

NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin is the next-generation AI computing platform succeeding Blackwell. Its main-memory supply has historically been dominated by U.S. and South Korean companies. If Nanya Technology’s LPDDR products pass platform validation, it would become the first Taiwanese manufacturer to enter the ecosystem, helping Taiwan’s memory industry move into the high-margin AI server market.

As of July 19, 2026, market reports said Nanya Technology had completed process optimization with technical guidance from TSMC and that its LPDDR products had passed validation for NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin supply chain. The reports sent Nanya Technology shares to their daily limit. However, they did not disclose the order value, supply volume, mass-production date or formal NVIDIA certification documents.
